I live next to the New Windsor playing fields but my over vaccinated healthy dog is not allowed in. The park is not fenced so all the tick infested Deer,Rabbits,Squirrels etc.

A couple of years ago I came across the MIT Opencourseware project. A fantastic idea, although a bit disorganized at the time. Today I spoke to a coworker who was doing a similar program from Yale.
